“ Came here for a spontaneous bite to eat. Just made it for brunch which finishes at 4pm. The flat white was amazing on a rainy day. My friend had the French toast and it was honestly so delicious. I had a savoury choice and it was great too. Gave us a lot of energy for shopping afterwards. I would have loved to sit outside but it was raining. ”
“ Quick service in a busy part of London. Went with mum after visiting Saatchi and would recommend to a friend. We were impressed by the quality of the salmon and flavours pulled together in the salmon Nicoise salad. Mum’s lemon, ginger & honey tea was fresh, and a bit strong for her (I thought it was perfect), the waiter brought out a pot of hot water to dilute it with. Many people were sat drinking aperol as it’s a sun trap outside. ”
“ We enjoyed our time here at The Black Penny and the food was amazing would come back here again as the area is really lovely to walk around after a brunch ”
